Gold Leaf Bakery is a cake and pastry studio based in the picturesque Cotswolds of England. Founded by Husband and Wife team Robert and Rosalind Daine they have achieved international success with multiple awards in the professional classes at the largest sugarcraft show in the world.
Their work has also been featured in several local, national and international publications, including Cake Masters Magazine, Fab You Bliss and Pure Weddings Magazine.
In May 2014 Rosalind crossed the Atlantic to work with one of North America’s leading cake designers, Gloria Bednarz at The Art of Cake. During this collaboration they achieved international recognition in the Canadian Wedding Industry Awards for “Best Wedding Cake Design” and “Best Cake and Pastry Designer” for the Province of Alberta, 2014.
Now back in England, Gold Leaf Bakery is dedicated to producing the best desserts possible and this means no mixes, no shortcuts, just great baking made from scratch, using the finest, and where possible local ingredients.
